PRIMARY PURPOSE:

Responsible for monitoring and trouble-shooting, the District’s Automated Control Systems to ensure they are operating effectively and efficiently.  The Controls Technician is the system’s administrator and solely responsible for determining and assigning system levels of access to District personnel as applicable.

Special Knowledge and Skills

  1. Commercial type package units
  2. Chilled water systems
  3. Reciprocating compressors up to 100 tons or larger
